Seeking for a position as QlikView Developer where I can show case my strong technical skills in designing and implementing BI software and systems to generate essential business information relevant to the company.

First Cambodia is Co., Ltd the #1 System Integration Company in Cambodia awarded by IDG for four years consecutively from 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. First Cambodia Co., Ltd is the country’s leading provider of Total IT solutions and networking services. Within this organization, I was responsible development of new dashboards for C level in Sale Division, Business Development Division and Customer Service Division.   In addition to QlikView applications, I also worked as a testing resource for existing Microsoft CRM and SAP application.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Lead QlikView developer team (5 members) and provide technical direction to less experienced members.
  • Handling client communications and functional discussions.
  • Defining and evaluating business requirements with key business stakeholders
  • Interact with functional analysts and business users in refining business requirements in designing technical specifications and data models.

HELLO Axiata (Cambodia) is a subsidiary of Axiata Group Berhad (Axiata). They have more than 5 million subscribers. While they have a lot of client, then Network Operation Center (NOC) needs to monitor report daily basis.  From this deal, we provide QlikView report to capture data from 3 MSC across Cambodia and spot check for each BTS where have to most call drop.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for data modeling and data warehouse methodologies, Business Intelligence and ETL development.
  • Responsible for the design and development of dashboards solution.
  • Reusable components and a data semantic layer that reaches across lines of business.
  • Perform investigations and make appropriate suggestions on various services and to meet the development efforts.
  • Managing client’s requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure that all data in the report is up to date and 100% correctly.
  • Documentations for each report (business application and technical).
  • Post production support/maintenance.

PRASAC positioned itself as a leading financial institution with good and strong infrastructure and platform to offer financial services to the rural and urban clients. For instance, PRASAC has 145 office networks spread across the country, and operates in 10,170 villages which represent 72.6 percent penetration of total villages in Cambodia. There were more than 90 offices are online where the transactions are real time, along with 1,501 staff support. They provide various services such as group loan, individual loan, big ticket loan,…From management objective, a must view weekly report to monitor their client segment and credit officer. And this is the raw opportunity for me to expose my first experience with QlikView.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for data modeling and data warehouse methodologies, Business Intelligence and ETL development.
  • Responsible for the design and development of dashboards solution.

Organization     : Cambodian Mine Action Centre
Duration            : March 2010 - June 2010 (4 months)
Designation       : HRMS Technical Lead
The Cambodian Mine Action Centre (CMAC) is Cambodia's leading demining organization, working in the key areas of Survey and Land Release, Mine and UXO Clearance, Mine and UXO Risk Education and Training, Research and Development. CMAC currently has 1,715 staff across Cambodia, including a national office in Phnom Penh, six provincial demining units and a Training Centre in Kampong Chhnang, working towards the mission of "Saving lives and Supporting Development for Cambodia".

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Lead developer team (4 members) to coding in-house system.
  • Handle the tasks of conducting process analysis and drafting conceptual design for Human Resource Management System.
  • Work with functional managers and the team sponsor to obtain necessary resources to support the team’s requirements.
  • Ensure deliverable are prepared to satisfy the project requirements, cost and schedule.
  • Responsible for assisting business intelligence specialist in develop, designing and maintaining HRMS System.
  • Handle responsibilities of identifying causes and developing an approach for resolution.
  • Perform the tasks of testing, evaluating and implementing of HR System.

CROWN Beverage Cans (Cambodia) Limited is the part of CROWN Asia operation. They are manufacturing plant producing aluminum beverage cans. Most of employee there is engineer. And from HR perspective, they need to equip their staff with well training. With this opportunity, I provide an in-house software development to capture on training record. I spend 3 weeks for this project and then we called “Quick Win”.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Interact with HR manager to gather all requirements.
  • Coding in-house software base on business blueprint.
  • Performing unit testing, validation and sanity checks on the deliverables.
  • Import existing data file into system.
  • Documentation during implementation phase (technical and end user).

Latelz Company Limited is the top 3 mobile operator in Cambodia. They operates 2G, 2.5G, 3G, 3.75G mobile services, supporting the very latest in multimedia and mobile internet services as well as international roaming across more than 147 countries. They looking for a Human Resource Management System to serve their HR division and integrate payroll with their Sage Accpac.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for implement whole HR process from Business Blueprint.
  • Handle on integration between Norming PSA and Sage Accpac.
  • Ensure deliverables are prepared to satisfy the project requirements, cost and schedule.

Contest and Award
There has been a worldwide competition to show off awesome QlikView Mobile App skills to QlikView Global Partner Network and all of QlikTech.

The contest runs from January 10th 2012 through March 15th 2012. Five winners will be selected from all entries to show the killer apps at Qonnections 2012, April 22-25, 2012.

And at that time I am so proud of my QlikView mobile killer app, “2012 QlikView Hospitality” made it through a rigorous review by the QlikTech panel of judges who selected the Top 20 apps for the competition. Apps were judged on many criteria and the top 20 selections were most heavily based on the apps being:

My QlikView application has been selected by popular vote as one of the Top 5 eligible to compete for the grand prize, live and on stage at Qonnections 2012 in Miami.  This is a resounding “thumbs up” for my contest entry, my QlikView skills, and my creativity that comes exclusively from my peers in the QlikView partner ecosystem.
